My Journey

My personal journey has led me to do what I absolutely love. I provide a gentle and nurturing container for one to release sore muscles, past wounds, emotional trauma, and stuck energies using body awareness, sound tools, and intuitive massage. This allows me to tune into the body frequencies to help realign and balance the body. Being an intuitive empath, I have been sensitive to energy and healing since my early childhood but I did not fully understand the healing power of energy work and intention until I had my first Reiki and sound therapy session in 2007 . I was able to go into past memories, heal trauma, feel energy move throughout my body and I felt so good and light afterwards. I was hooked! I soon went on to became a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master in 2008, wanting to learn as much as I could in how to heal myself and share the healing benefits of sound and touch. I traveled around the world learning different healing techniques, massage modalities, and sound therapies. Some of my certifications and courses I took include: Aligned Yoga certified, Tuning Fork Therapy, Heartbeat Shamanic Drumming, Trigger Point Release, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Sonic Crystal Bowl Alchemy, WimHof Breathwork, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, and Licensed Massage Therapist.  I enjoy blending all of my tools and modalities together to provide the best possible healing session for each client. I moved from California to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2015 where I continue to learn new skills and Hawaiian healing modalities. Lately I have been offering transformational sound healing journeys all over the Big Island and have a steady massage clientele. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
